Repairs
So you've dropped your phone...again...this time the screen is smashed and you cannot use it. Or that coffee you spilt on your tablet did a little more damage than you hoped. Maybe your laptop just wont turn on?
Screens, cases, power input, network input, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, anything that could go wrong on your device can generally be repaired or a component replaced.
Servicing
Laptop running a little slow? Does Windows keep sending you little messages or shuts down without warning? Experiencing the dreaded Blue Screen of Death? Or perhaps you are just too scared to do that upgrade after the last time.
Our technicians can fix errors, carry out upgrades, or speed up the performance of your device.
Disposal (ITAD)
We dislike the word scrap and prefer to refer to this as Information Technology Asset Disposal, an industry standard term that refers to the management of equipment that is no longer required in a way that is sensitive to both legislative and ethical impact on our environment. Our Service Centre is specifically setup to repurpose, reuse, or recycle computing equipment and their components.
Our disposal services are specifically designed for the processing of large numbers of devices which can be done on as required or via a contract to provide you with an ongoing service.

ITAM
Extending the ITAD paradigm, IT asset management (ITAM) is the end-to-end tracking and management of IT assets to ensure that every asset is properly used, maintained, upgraded and disposed of at the end of its lifecycle.
Traditionally this has been the exclusive realm of large corporations or service providers with thousands of users and devices, our goal is to introduce this service to more modest size companies by providing a cost-effective yet efficient service.
Data Destruction
A specific example of our disposal capability is our Data Destruction service. Previously companies would crush their old drives in order to destroy the data along with the drive itself.
Our Data Destruction service not only digitally destroys and data on a drive, providing a warranty/certification in the process, we also refurbish the drive and make it available back to our customer.
